We installed control 4 linked to our home entertainment over two levels in our house using Home Technology and had an amazing customer experience - would thoroughly recommend James. He has fantastic technical knowledge, was reliable and explained everything in language that we could understand.
We used Home Technologies to supply and install our security cameras and alarm system some years ago. Paul and James were excellent in all respects, professional, efficient and accommodating, meeting our specific requirements. Recently we had to organise a service call due to small problems caused by “operator error “, again James was on time and sorted the problems with efficiency and good grace. James from Home Technology Intergration and his team first came to our home in Marrickville about May 2020, we had a smart home automation system installed. It's the best addition to our home, and it intergrates with Alexa and any other devices you may have. The best part is that you can operate it from your mobile phone, so you can have the music playing, the aircon on, blinds down all before you walk in the front door. We absolutely love our home automation system and constantly rave about to all our friends and family. Since the automation system has been installed there were some minor issues, the thing I absolutely love about James is he's so responsive, and if he can't take your call, it won't be to long before he responds. The issue will generally be fixed that day. Or if it can't, he will make a time to come over and get it sorted immediately. I at times can be a little I.T illiterate, but James has the patients and ensure that he talks you through everything without using jargon or complex terminology, and stays until you know what your doing. James and his team are very professional, respectful and always on time. I found his price to be very competitive. I would recommend James and his team from Home Technology Intergration to anyone that's thinking of having a home automation system installed.
