Terrible. The new owner needs a lesson in customer service. I went to the shop to purchase over 800 worth of home brew equipment only to be told that some of the parts were not in stock (previous owner had them all the time) and would be arriving in a week or so. 3 weeks later I have gone back and after waiting for minutes for him to notice I was a customer in his empty shop have been told he can order the stuff i need if I like. I will be ordering my equipment online. Good day sir...... I said good day!
