Octagon came yesterday and moved my household of furniture. They were absolutely terrific, wrapped in glad wrap all my furniture to save it getting damaged. The two chaps were a delight and the owners should be very proud of the representation of their company, Highly recommend this company. Best I have ever used in the previous 12 moves I have had.

Amazing service. I got ghosted by another company and was left there standing with all my stuff. Octagon was recommended and they turned up within the hour. Great crew and completely professional. It was a hot day and they had to move some heavy gear, but there were no complaints at all. They were careful, efficient, and didn't stuff around. Nothing was too much for them to do. Would definitely recommend. Thank you for saving me from having to drag everything back into storage in 30C heat!
3 trucks/vans arrived on time, with 5 polite, efficient and hard-working young men. Our requirements were actively understood, and confirmed from time to time as the day continued. All furniture was wrapped with heavy duty plastic wrap for safety. It was a fair effort to fit all of the goods into the storage space we had arranged, but this was achieved with good humour and efficiency. We would have no hesitation in recommending Octagon to anyone looking for a safe and efficient moving experience. The price quoted seemed reasonable given the service.
We are very pleased that we decided to use Octagon to help us with our complex series of moves from a single property to two other properties over the last month. From the first visit, when Steve came to provide us with a quote and lots of really helpful advice around preparing, the whole experience was trouble free and pleasant. Jack and Steve and the rest of the Octagon crew are extremely easy to deal with – accommodating, friendly, informative and extremely reliable. They always return calls promptly and make time to answer questions. During the 4 separate moving events, everything ran smoothly and to plan. Everything is coordinated effortlessly by Jack and all moves were completed in less than the time estimated and below the quoted price. The boxes and other moving supplies we obtained were high quality and reasonably priced. The moving was completed in a highly professional way by teams of young men who are uniformly polite, obliging, efficient and extremely careful. We had two housefuls of furniture and belongings moved and one lot kept in storage for 5 weeks and, through all this, there was not one bit of damage sustained to anything. We would have no hesitation in recommending Octagon to anyone who is moving house. They made the whole potentially stressful business as easy and pleasant as it could possibly be. A fantastic example of great customer service from end to end.
Octagon Removals are the best, I have had removalist several times in the past 20yrs and have never had the experience that Octagon provided. From the first contact with this company I was absolutely delighted with the service, the team assigned to me were brilliant, professional, friendly, caring, respectful, and very reasonable pricing.I could go on and on, nothing was too much trouble. I hope I don't have to move again but should I have to I would definitely have Octagon Removals move me. Extremely efficient service Packing crew did a great job day before move clearly labelling cartons & then removal crew turned up on time loaded everything & unloaded with no breakages. The boys did a great job delivering items up a very tight stairway. Would highly recommend Octagon
I used Octagon Removals for the 2nd time when I moved into my new home this week. They are an amazing team - friendly; courteous; nothing was too much trouble and they arrived on time as expected. The whole job from move out to move in was completed in approx 4hours!!! I have no hesitation in recommending Octagon Removals - absolutely brilliant job and fantastic team.
