It took a long time for me to find someone who manufactures clean organic cheese range... finally I found one who does in Blue Bay Cheese! My favourite is the Marinated Goats Cheese... It's fantastic!! The prices are really good value, I'm there every week!
I've been buying the quark with dill from the Essendon farmers market. Their cheese is brilliant, it is assisting my sons lactose intolerance, and the producer is knowledgeable and explains the cheese making process with passion.
Very good in house made cheeses. Also a range of salami and other products.
I have been shopping with Blue Bay for around 5 years. Their Kefir, cheeses and in fact all their products taste great and are the best quality.
