While the food maybe satisfactory, the service by the lady owner at the counter is extremely terse and rude. It doesn't take much to give a smile and apology when things have run out or if cash payment was preferred. So disappointed that basic customer service is not part of your business!

Food is decent at best, while cash is a legal tender the lady at the counter was extremely rude and demanded that “cash only” while there is no clear sign advertised elsewhere in the restaurant that it is a requirement. Went on a Saturday after peak hours, 3 staff members was just chilling at the counter, when i told them i am ready to order, greeted only by a hostile response. Most likely the reason for “cash only” is for tax evasion and declaring much less on the books. I have filed this to the ATO and will wait for a prompt response. Take them to the ATO and raise it up, extremely Un - Australian with the attitude.
Incredibly rude Asian girl at the counter. Was standing there waiting to be served for 15 minutes. No sorry, thank you or the slightest smile from her. To then see her switch up her attitude as soon as a Caucasian couple walked in. Think this lady a racist to her own race.
In this tucked away restaurant, you'll find some delicious and authentic Malaysian food! Easily, the best Hainanese chicken rice in Perth! Laksa was spot on. The chicken satay was too sweet for my liking. Will definitely be back!

ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! The lady at the front is a nightmare to deal with, and she so happens to be the owner so she does not care at all. I refuse to give her anymore of my money. Ordered one dish take away and had to wait and watch as 3 tables and 3 other takeaways that ordered after me, got served before me. Pretty sure she did it on purpose and I honestly have no idea why she hates me. I've been a few times and each time there is a different horrible experience. Lesson has finally been learnt, I will not be coming back. If you're in Morley and craving a good chicken rice, I recommend Hoi Bo (it's across the road and if you dine there they give you free soup with a generous serving of chicken rice when you order the chicken rice), OR there's Big Mama's in Coventrys. Save yourself the headache in dealing with this owner and their non-existent customer service!
