I bought two ghost prawns and some glowlight fish and a catfish. The catfish and one of my prawns died first night home. My tank water is checked regularly. The store replaced the catfish but said they don't refund prawns. I wish they would put that up on signage. Its 30 day guarantee is vague at best. Corporate confirmed and were nice to help me but I've lost trust in the store.

The staff are always friendly and offer the advise I need. They never push me to buy more than I already do as I already buy a lot every fortnight. Love the service

Shopped at Petbarn for years even back when this was City Farmers, staff member Kara was very rude this morning, won't be coming to this store again. Oh and I wonder what Coles thinks of them using their trolleys.

Absolutely love this place. The girls there have become like a second family to me and my dog, Atlas. The manager needs to work on her customer service skills, but I don’t want to reduce my rating because of her! Bree, Vicki and Jeanine are just absolutely incredible :-D
Went and saw the team here today, very helpful, very patient, and answered all our questions, had a great chat to Vicki, and ended up getting everything I needed without driving all over town! Thanks a bunch!
