Was greeted with a smile from Brett straight away and he answered all my questions as ive never bought a bike before. Brett is very knowledgeable and friendly. Now I know the type of bike I want he even took photo for me on a bike
Dropped in my Suzuki rmz250 for a valve check and a tyre replacement highly recommended the service was fantastic thank you Sam for all your help
Great Triumph dealership. Helpful and friendly staff.
Had a problem with my slave cylinder on my 701. A quick phone call and the bike was booked in. Repair completed under warranty the same day, and Nick picked up on another recall and ordered the parts in preparation. Great service. Highly recommended.
Big thanks to the service dept for fixing a stripped sump drain hole thread, bikes back on the road and price was cheaper than buying the kit to do it myself, gotta love that.
One of my favourite motorcycle stores in the city. Been there several times. They treat people really well and have a very active and engaged community. I always want my next bike to come from there.
Total shocker. Motorcycle booked in for oil change including filter. Quick diagnosis on a slight miss, fuel related. Bike delivered with full tank of fuel. Shocking communication throughout the day. Bill paid for in advance (without checking the work) .. partner picked the bike up before closing. The motorcycle broke down on the way home. Thankfully not on the motorway ! Reason .. flat battery or so we thought so back load/ recovery organized. Oliver's workshop unavailable for return of motorcycle due to out of hours. Upon getting the bike into our garage we discover there was no fuel .. and a huge fuel leak (fuel line clamp not attached). Called the following day, Workshop manager refused to take responsibility without looking at it, would not pick it up. Epic fail right there. Written communication follow up 12th Jan 2021 ... no response as of today's date, 29.1.2021. In the meantime, flat battery charged, fuel replaced and the bike is going worse than when it was dropped off .. perhaps 50% worse .. splutters and dies at normal revs. around 65kph. Un-rideable. Not recommended. A public explanation by Oliver's is welcome.
