STEER CLEAR AT ALL COSTS!!! Honestly the worst company I have ever dealt with. Surprised that a company as shady as this is able to legally exist. Aside from the terrible customer service, this company leverages their power of having personal belongings to add fraudulent costs throughout the whole experience. After holding our sentimental belongings hostage for months until we paid an exorbitant amount, the delivery couldn’t have gone any worse. They arrived 6 hours late, were extremely rude, asked for EVEN MORE cash and demanded we help unload. They also literally threw boxes labeled “fragile” into our door and dropped boxes off the truck in front of us. We were missing a few boxes, and management forced me to sign a document stating I had received everything in pristine condition.Despite not having the time to even open a box. When I declined to sign management said “If you don’t sign the document, my boys are going to have sleep over” and “I’m instructing my guys to take everything back to the docks and they might happen to loose a few boxes”. The saga ended with me signing the paper and locking the movers out of the house. When I went back and checked, we actually paid for them to unpack all items and dispose of boxes which obviously never happened. WHAT A JOKE. I’m not usually one to write reviews, but If you’re unlucky to be assigned Hellas, I highly suggest doing everything in your power and paying extra money to change companies. I don’t want anyone to have to go through the awful experience I did. This company is beyond shady with zero human empathy and will take you for a ride.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. This company partnered with the U.S. moving company I hired - so I did not choose them - and I have never had such a bad experience with any company, ever. Here are just some of the things they did: - Failed to contact me with updates - I had to chase them on everything. - Charged an extra 1,000 because they claimed my stuff had been held in customs because they found a spider, but provided no evidence for this claim and the spider they told me they had found was native to Australia - Charged an extra 550 for a "shuttle" to deliver my stuff, then brought a truck - Gave me one option for delivery, then when I asked for another option, said it would cost me another 500, then screamed at me on the phone, threatened me and were sexist and abusive on the phone - Threatened not to deliver my stuff unless I took down a Google review - Refused to answer my calls - Stuff arrived broken, including a 500 lamp - Took 4 months, instead of 2 for my stuff to arrive TRULY terrible company, horrible people, was more stress than it was worth.

The hours for pick up are extremely constrained (9am-2pm Mon-Thurs), they are very strict with the time frame for pickup (4 days before they start charging for storage) and were very expensive. Our shipment was not meant to go to their storage facility, but would not help to rectify the issue. They charged us and said that we had to go through someone else to get a refund despite never having asked for our shipment to go there. It would have been nice to have some cooperation to help us out.

We had the worst experience with this company. Over Christmas they could not deliver and then told us they would clear the goods so we did not have to pay for the quarantine storage. They then told us that was not the case and tried to charge us 30,000 AUD in additional fees. When we complained it was lowered to 15,000 .... which makes us wonder! When we finally got our goods there was significant damage to most precious items. Communication was terrible and the person supposedly handling our goods was on sick leave for 6 weeks.... when we were being charged storage. Do not recommend in anyway.

We’re now on our 4th international move with Hellas Europe and we’ve never had any breakage or damages. Andy and Anna are lovely people to deal with and we highly recommend them to do your move if you want a company that looks after your belongings as if they were their own.

absolutely THE MOST HORRIBLE COMPANY I HAVE EVER USED. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They were the australian partner of the SDC shipping company from San francisco to Sydney. the SDC movers were amazing. Hellas delivered our goods and destroyed our house and our furnishings. we had to kick them out after they unloaded our belongings and hired other movers to move our things in safely. costed us over 15000 in damages and we are still waiting for a response. Just request a different partner to use.

Where do i start with such a pathetic company who are fraudsters and liars and cheats and will use there privileged position and hide behind there accountants and many government officials so that they become untouchable. Well i would like to speak out about such filth and like to encourage all to join me and put people like this and there untouchable company to rest with the hope that government both state and commonwealth take notice but, who are we to complain about when just maybe all concerned are getting there little incentives. All i know is that I too got stung by this excuse of a business. Stay clear. Stay away. the reviews on there website are fakes. This company lies to your shipping company to claim against your shipment insurance monies and then claims again from an association under the scheme and then charges you a fictitious amount of money in order to get your goods that have been raided and this company goes happily shopping hand picking what they like and say they have no idea. It makes me sick and the government both state and commonwealth allow it to occur. Now who's in?
