The quality of workmanship is appalling! I asked why there are gaps in the joinery? They said that the way they all fit, its a problem with the design. No discount for poor workmanship, or for telling me about this design flaw after the fact! Do not get them to install power as it will stop working and they will not fix a thing! Absolutely disgusting customer service, went in wanting to ask a simple question and get slandered by a man of Asian origin for not knowing about what brackets they sell and didn’t even get my question answered. No help whatsoever, left with no new knowledge and no point in direction. Heard many negative things about this man and he was disgusting in handling his job.
