Very unprofessional and unsafe riding academy. My daughter who rode with them for almost 2 years was treated like a stranger every time she showed up for her riding school. She was thrown from a horse on one of her lessons and none of the trainers mentioned a thing to me when I picked her up. They didn't honor a 2 hour make up lesson we were owed and left my daughter sitting in the stable for an hour doing nothing instead of asking why she was still there....as they thought she only had an hour lesson. Unacceptable and unsafe environment for kids!

My 6 yr old daughter loves it here, having ridden myself for over 20 years the atmosphere is fairly laid back, the senior instructors are knowledgeable and handle the kids great.

Eastside is so friendly and fun. My coach is super supportive and knowledgeable - I make progress at my own pace and look forward to my lessons each week. Would highly recommend!

Amazing facilities and well treated horses. Some improvement needed with customer service however. I had arrived early to fill in any paperwork and in case of getting lost, and in the 45mins I waited I was not acknowledged by the person who would be taking my lesson (even though I later realised they were around me for the entire time), or any one else for that matter. The lesson was a good pace but I felt it was missing some suggestions on improvement and was a little repetitive. Experience overall was good, just not great.

Had a fantastic day here a few months ago. The staff were friendly and engaging, and the horses were in great condition and very obedient; also, the trail we went on was very picturesque and easy to navigate. It really was a very enjoyable afternoon. Whether you’re a complete beginner or more experienced, I thoroughly recommend Eastside!
