You simply can't get any fresher than out of the tank and into the pot. The lobsters are a little pricey but nowhere else will you get the freshest and tastiest lobster ever. Sensational. Worth far more than what you actually pay.
Great seafood.. been going here for many years. For those that complain of the prawns being frozen.. if they are from Queensland, thats what all the suppliers do to keep them fresher and tasting better. You also need to ensure you defrost them properly in salted water, otherwise you end up with tasteless prawns.
