Wow Is 1 word to describe this If you have never been in a helicopter before, this is a must do, or as I call them a bucket list item I don't feel i can do it justice here on what an experience it really is There are 3 seats available 2 in the rear 1 up front The main guy organizing this was fantastic and went above and beyond to make it a great experience You won't regret this, or your special person in your life

We used Professional Helicopter Services at Kings Canyon in the NT and can thoroughly recommend their services. Our Pilot Alida was fantastic, she made us feel at ease with her professional approach and warm personality. She was very knowledgeable about the region and explained all about the area and how the rock formations were created and the Aboriginal legends about them as well. We had done the rim walk that day and to see everything from the air made our trip even more memorable. This was the first time I had been in a helicopter and I was a little apprehensive, Alida made me feel right at ease and the flight became a highly rewarding experience. We came away with some awesome pictures and lifelong memories. I would happily take another flight with PHS and can honestly recommend their services, friendly staff with a professional approach.

Sent an email around 6 days ago to their head office email have had no response. Clearly they have administration issues or are just plain rude. A simple no we cannot accommodate would have sufficed.

We had Craig as our pilot and Alida as ground crew, departing from Longitude 131, NT. Craig was knowledgeable, relaxed and very smooth with the controls. Really enjoyed our time in the air with Craig in the Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park.

Highly recommended. Very friendly staff. Pilot is very helpfull and very informative. Great experience. We had a briefing, took off went out towards Frankston and the bay area. You get control of the helicopter as much as you want if you are comfortable.
