Run the other way.Dodgy Handyman, a friend of mine had a tiling job done by this guy. The tiles were all over the place and unevenly spread and the grouting was terrible. My neighbour also had a job done by this guy. He had some cornices replaced by him and were put in all crooked. He had to call another plasterer to fix the original job. He also likes to take advantage of pensioners and rip them off. That's 2 people I know that had work done by this guy. You have been warned keep away from him.
