We love the grace pellet fireplace. Exceeded expectations, staff are friendly easy to deal with. Programming feature is awesome, no more dealing with people getting wood, running out. We would buy this again

Very nice people to deal with, who support their products well. If you join their "Pellet Club", their price on pellets includes a loyalty percentage, which can come in very handy when maintenance is required. We recently had an auger motor fail in our "Grace" model. The technician was prompt, punctual, friendly and obviously well versed in repairing these. The motor was very reasonably priced and labour cost realistic. We originally bought our Pellet Fire because we were tired of buying and splitting firewood, which was getting increasingly expensive and often of questionable quality. We are very happy that our pellet fire has met all these objectives nicely!

I brought a grace model and was ensured it would heat up my small place. Wrong it didn't. It was noisy took so many pellets and I was totally unhappy with it. I had the team of pellet heaters to see if something was wrong but apparently nothing was. I tried to sell it but couldn't so I had it moved to another room for looks only. I still have the free bbq that came with it if anyone wants it. Expensive experience for me. If i was you thinking about one think twice or check out the one I have that looks good that I will probably never use. Sorry pellets tasmania.

Paid to have a pellet fire install and they get half way thru it and then tell me they cant complete it they will be back within 14 days.Dont know what you think but ffs never again
Our heater is great, service guys were very efficient when they were installing it.
A heat transfer fan motor failed after 4 seasons of use. A bearing had worn already. They were not prepared to do anything except qouted me 370 for the same fan again! I repaired it myself with two higher spec. bearings for 10, it came fitted with cheap roller skate bearings. Poor service but seemed happy to take my money!!
