Loved it! Really great location. Pool is heated, unit looked nice, staff were friendly. Wasn’t expecting it to be so good... premium location, great views, well sized unit and balcony without the premium price. Will be back :)

We stayed two nights at Malibu Mooloolaba. We stayed in Unit 18, which was a beautiful 2-bedroom apartment with ocean views on the 19th floor. The apartments are very conveniently located on the main strip of Mooloolaba esplanade, very close to cafés, bars, shopping, and most importantly the beach. Our group was myself, my sister and my mother, so it was perfect size for us. It would also be perfect size for a couple with two children. The apartments were very well-kept. It was a surprise to find a spa bath in the main bathroom, and the main bedroom also had an ensuite. Cleanliness was on point, and there was hand sanitiser in the lift, clearly showing they are conscious about hygiene during COVID-19. Overall, Malibu Mooloolaba is excellent value.
Awesome place to stay, the rooftop appartement has its own and absolutely private jacuzzi and BBQ area, stunning ocean views, rooms are very clean and comfortable, closest to restaurants and shops at the esplanade, I'll definitely stay here again and ABSOLUTELY recommend it to everyone looking for something special

Beautiful sunshine, blue skies, rolling waves, storms, lightning shows, rain, crashing waves and we enjoyed all these nature shows from our balcony. We only have three days left in our apartment at the Malibu and we will be sad to leave. Not only have we enjoyed our apartment holiday but time in the hot tub has been very relaxing indeed. We parked the car 10 days ago and have not needed to drive anyway. Coffee shops, cafes, bars and restaurants all along the Esplanade have kept us entertained. Coles supermarket and bus service only a five minute walk away. To make it a great holiday we have received friendly greetings and service from Brian. When our grandson visited, Brian was funny and J wanted to say good morning to Brian each time we passed reception. Thank you Brian. We have loved our holiday here at Malibu and plan to return.
Great location. The view is great however may not be as good from the lower floors. The apartment is fully equipped which is great however could be slightly cleaner - everything feels a bit dusty. The garbage chute is inside the apartment and this is very noisy when other apartments are using it. Great balcony with full ocean view. Great location with beach across the road and loads of places to eat within walking distance. Coles supermarket is 5 minutes walk away which is handy. We would recommend and would return in the future.
Excellent location right on the Esplanade on the beach. Fantastic views and lovely apartment. No need for a car once you're here as everything is in walking distance.
Top resort, right in the center of the esplanade. Brilliant, Shame of it all is that I only have one week here, rest assured I will be back.
