Best location in Mooloolabah, direct beach access, across the road from the marina precinct with fab restaurants and bars. Short walk to the esplanade and shopping. Very spacious and modern returned rooms. Great hosts. Stayed before, 3 nights this trip and will be back again.

Sidney and Lauren are fantastic managers, always looking out for ways to make our stay comfortable, even lent us some baby books for bed time! As for the apartment, Super close to the beach! Across the road from the fantastic eateries and restaurants at the wharf, access to a store room of beach gear! Pool to relax in after the beach! Couldn’t ask for more, will definitely look to stay here again in the future.
Such a beautiful room we stayed in the penthouse studio apartment and it was beyond perfect! The view was incredible, such a clean room as well. The owners are lovely and very accommodating, great location just a 2min walk from the main shops and a 30sec walk from the beach. Would highly recommend!
Quiet.. nice location.. nice people.. long walk to get supplies.. might pay to have a mini pantry for late check-ins.. well kept..
84 The spit is such a wonderful place to stay. It’s in an awesome location. You can walk straight out onto the boardwalk or beach. A short walk to the shopping strip with great cafes and restaurants. On the other side is the wharf and all the eating your heart desires. The appartments are fresh clean and the views are superb. Even though the fridge in our apartment broke down it was replaced immediately. They looked after us very well. I will definitely holiday here again.
Great place for a family holiday. Direct access to the beach, swimming pool on site, self catering, and comfortable apartments.
Not a single negative thing could be said about this place. Fantastic staff and the room was brilliant. Walk across the road for any food that you could want and go the other way to a beautiful beach. We look forward to coming back.
Supurb views, with easy access to boardwalk and beach. The unit had a practical layout, and tastefully furnished with a beachside theme. Management is extremely friendly, and current deals are second to non at present. Great location for shopping and eating out.
