Change for the worse! What a sad difference between current and past management! No idea about customer service at all - in fact just plain rude uncalled for in our small community

I like this place, they have really interesting watch and clock you can buy to give to someone or for yourself. The price little bit expensive.
The prices, as many other iga's, were ridiculous. I have to wonder how many people would pay 6 for a block of chocolate? Just because your store is in the montville tourist area, doesn't mean you should bump up the prices so stupidly.
They sell quiche here by slice and it's seriously the most incredible quiche on the planet. It's my ultimate "locals foodie tip" - who would have thought! My partner and I often come in JUST to buy quiche and eat it in the park. And the ladies who work here are so lovely.
Had lots of great & different grocery lines
Alright, so generally I'd rate IGAs a 3, but Montville is definitely an exception. This IGA always has a great range of locally produced (I think) arstistnal foods including jams, cheeses ans breads. In addition to this the staff are always lovely, and you can pick up your mail from the post office also located inside.
Friendly and reliable service. Great selection of products too!
