Tucker BBQ is an extremely professional company that makes & sells quality products that work perfectly and last forever. Russell, Darren, Emily and the whole team provide the BEST customer service with friendly knowledgeable advice. I have used a Tucker BBQ built into a fantastic custom Tucker outdoor kitchen which was perfect for entertaining small & large groups. This house is now sold recently however we are building once again and definitely installing another Tucker BBQ and custom outdoor kitchen. We are extremely satisfied in the workmanship, efficiency and quality of the BBQs & kitchens - definitely HIGHLY recommended and who should be very proud in what they offer and deliver.

Ive had one of their BBQ's for 10 years and it is still knocking out the steaks so happy with the product. Went back lookig for a new bbq twice the first time the service was appaling and they had no product knowledge. The second time was the polar oposite and the guy was amazing and know everything. Still undecided about the purchase.

Great service!!! I purchased a SHELTA umbrella from Tucker Mona approx 8 years ago and just found out this morning the entire base had rusted through, so it wouldn't stand up anymore. Worried I wouldn't be able to remedy the situation pre0Xmas day I visited the team this arvo. They not only had the spare parts I needed onhand but they showed me step by step how to resolve the issue. Thanks team!

Purchased a charcoal BBQ from Tucker about a month ago and couldn't be any happier with the product or service. Darren was especially helpful and one of the most friendliest people around that is more than happy to answer any questions and he even remembers you by your first name when you return to the store for extra supplies! Now that's customer service! I would highly recommend these guys products and the sheer amount of service that they provide to all customers.

Tucker Barbecues are amazing. Darren, Emily and the team spent approx 2 hours over the past week with me to design a heating system that would work in my home. Its been the best customer service i have EVER experienced. I cant recommend them highly enough. Its a shame i can only leave 5 stars. 10 stars for sure and i will recommend them to anyone that will listen.
