Kai from Steam It Deep Cleaning came and cleaned our carpets before our house went on the market. He was great value and the carpets look amazing. Kai has a very thorough process which is more involved than other steam cleaners I have used - it included an industrial vacuum of the carpets, plastic protective coverings put on the base of all furniture we left in situ, rotary clean of the carpets and finally the steam clean. Highly recommend Steam It Deep Cleaning.

Great job, my lounge looked new again, and my rug also looked great. So much dirt that I didn’t even know was soaked in there. Kai was lovely and helpful, will use again!

I volunteer at a rather large church whose cleanliness isn't all it could be. After the parish priest saw me trying to clean some of the he decided we needed a commercial unit to do the place properly. Dealing with Kai was a pleasure. He came out, demonstrated a unit, made some recommendations and left us to decide which way to go. We ultimately chose to go with the jupiter pro steamer abd hired a floor scrubber The jupiter has thuse proven to be a good performing unit, adequate for our needs. It's easy to use, has good capacity, and considering that it runs all day, has been thus far reliable. I wanr ro thank Kai for his expert and prifessional service. Excellent service from start to finish with this company. Kai couldn't have been any more genuine and helpful. We rented a grout and tile cleaning machine and it made the job 10 times easier. Kai demonstrated the machine and dropped off and collected after. Highly reccomend if you need your tiles cleaned either by them or yourself with one of their machines.
Kai was great. He showed up to cover a job that fell through and did an incredibly thorough job! Highly recommend!
Kai came today and cleaned our carpets and rugs. Having not steam cleaned our carpets in about 12 months they really needed doing with 2 small children and 2 dogs. They have come up like new and we can't say thanks enough. See you in 6 months!
