I spoke with them over the phone asking about a new laptop charger as mine is broken. They told me they should get some in the next delivery and will ring me back the next day when it arrives. I never got a phone call back. After the weekend I phoned them back and they said I will have to come in to see what charger it is I need. I came in and the first person took my charger round back to look at it for a few minutes and then came back to give it back to me saying they can order it. Then the other person came in store and asked to have a look at my charger as well and took a picture of it to make sure it is the correct one. They quoted me 90 for a new charger which I thought was a bit unreasonable considering Dell themselves sell it for about 40. But figured it would be worth going to an actual store and helping local businesses. The next day the phoned me up saying they ordered the wrong charger (45W not 65W) and the one I actually need is 145 instead, which I insisted I would not pay after they checked multiple times with different people and took a picture of it. I got told they will speak with their manager and phone me back. I never got a phone call yet again The next day I got a message saying it was ready to be picked up so I went in either hoping to leave with the right charger at the price I was originally given or my deposit back. On arrival they showed me the charger to see if I was happy with it and at first I was because it was 65W so they got that right after a few tries. But then I noticed the charging point was the wrong size this time. I walked out with my 50 deposit back. The manager I thought was a bit rude explaining that he had to order this and costed them 120, but that doesn't mean anything to me if it isn't the correct charger in the first place. Utter incompetence from the start.

Excellent service, very affordable pricing, staff is obviously very well educated and were able to answer all of my questions immediately. They built my room mate and I a custom built computer with the hardware we requested. Definitely recommend their service for gaming machines and all machines/devices.

Went to get my laptop’s fan issues fixed. First time round they gave it a clean and gave it back but the problem was still there. Went back a second time to have the fan replaced and got the laptop back with a large scratch in the top of the laptop. Very unhappy, won’t be going there again.
