Only gave 4 star as trailer is solid and great value, the sales person was easy to deal with but unfortunately the electrical fitout was very poor. Not only was the conduit cut down the centre instead of being fitted first but the 7 pin connectors screws where all left unscrew therefore feel off once I got home.

Cannot rate these guys high enough, Rusty and the Team at Swiftco helped me out quick as a flash when my old trailer had the ghost the day it needed transport interstate. Swiftco looked up my boat specs and recommended the perfect trailer for my needs taking into account the ATM needed to make it safe which hadn't been done with my previous trailer. Swiftco Helped me get it onto the Freighter and when i received in Melbourne was so stoked to see how perfectly the trailer tows behind my car and how much lower the boat sits while on the trailer.

Used Swiftco expertise twice now in helping me build my own trailers. So glad I did because I would have built it incorrectly and bought way too many parts. The manager is so willing to give any information, others were wary of providing too much info before I purchased from them….Top bloke.
AWESOME- Thank you. Cannot thank you enough for your service when in dire straits. My wife bought me a trailer from another manufacturer- big mistake. We were travelling up to The Cape from Gold Coast and we hit trouble in middle of b*m F**k nowhere. Tried to get spare parts from closest town but on Sunday, not a chance. Called Swift Co not expected to get anyone to answer but Marcus answered on his day off. He went out of his way to ensure courier picked up parts first thing Monday morning to ensure we could receive in town we were stuck in. He even arranged all this before we could pay for goods as my credit card was back at the town we were staying in. He called us Monday to tell us courier had collect and supplied us with tracking number so we could track. Parts arrived in a few days. Back on road and were able to continue our holiday... priceless. Happy wife and kids we continued our holiday, so awesome Swift Co
