I needed some damaged sails replaced and rang about 10 businesses who didnt turn up. I then rang Gold Coast Shade Sails and they came out within a few days and gave me a quote. I then got another quote but GC Shade Sails were much lower. The job was done quickly and expertly and I was very impressed with them. The guy who fitted them was very friendly and I would highly recommend this business to anyone. Very impressive

This afternoon I picked up a new shade sail for a job in Surfers Paradise. The new shade was made exactly to the dimensions required, when placing the order, an expected completion date was given, they were a pleasure to deal with. Appreciate your help guys!
Previous experience with this company was great. This time I have been waiting for a quote since January. Numerous emails have been ignored and no contact from the company. Did not turn up to quote when arranged. Very disappointed in the service.
I called John to see if there was anything he could do about noise in our roof from a shade sale. Whenever it was windy it would creak and groan. He was over 2 hours later and sorted it on the spot. It's blowing a gale now and all the noise is gone. Can't recommend these guys enough. Quick response. Fantastic service. Great value. Thanks John!
Had Julie and John at Gold Coast Shade Sails install a massive 4 car shade sail at the start of the year and we couldn’t have been anymore happier with our shade sails quality, price and workmanship done at our place. The reason for this mention is not only for that reason but 9months later after selling my property and settlement due on the 22nd of this month I unfortunately rip the shade sail whilst moving. Upon calling Julie yesterday and explaining what had happened my sail was removed yesterday and fixed and installed today at yet another amazing price. I can’t thank you guys enough for your help and something my wife and myself saw as a disaster, was so easy to fix having had used Gold Coast Shade Sails for our shades. We have just had a custom made sail made and installed by John. He was very prompt in attending to our premises to give a quote. The sail is of excellent quality and was fitted very quickly without any stress. We are extremely happy with our new shaded area over our pool for summer.
