Don’t care will make ever excuse not to come out and complete a warranty job, was so bad samsung had to re assign our job to another repair agent as Garrows couldn't be bothered to complete it

Recently helped me with a Samsung warranty claim, unfortunate though Samsung rejected the claim by no fault of Garrows. Would give them further business!
...my customer experience After being referred to Garrow's by Harvey Norman as their chosen repairer for Samsung monitors, I took my faulty device to this company for a replacement panel covered by manufacturer's warranty. 3 weeks later, I telephoned Garrow's to enquire as to progress of the repair, having been told that I would receive a call when my professional-use device was ready, but not heard anything. I was gruffly informed that it had been sitting around the shop and in the way, waiting for me to collect it, which I did that day, from the obviously undersized and cluttered workshop. Upon re-setting up the monitor, while cleaning off the numerous oily smudges I noticed damage to the screen: a piece had been chipped out of the viewing surface and I immediately contacted this "friendly family business" for "expert advice" and they remembered me and seemed to quickly agree that my unit had workshop damage, but waited for me to contact them. They pre-ordered a new screen part to "minimise inconvenience" to me, which I appreciated. The deal was I bring it in on a Monday and get it back by the Wednesday, after they call me. I write this on that Thursday, having called them again, to be told that everyone is sick, my unit is not fixed, and that it will cost me 125 to get my monitor delivered back to me, whenever that will be. I was told that despite the damage being caused by them, they only get 30 for the warranty repair so there is no way that they will deliver anything for less than 125. I have lost income through the unavailability of my computer, and it is more than 125! I was on hold for 13 minutes and repeatedly heard that their customers' needs come first. I find no evidence of such a claim. There seems to be no other Samsung monitor repair agent on the Sunshine Coast.

Took a 99 to show up. Gave a over the top quote. We had the job done at half his quote . Not happy Jan
Had an issue with my lg tv, sent it in for repair only to get it back with issue not resolved. Not only that but they had damaged the panel and messed up one of the legs on the tv making it lean back and not straight up.
Having just moved up to Caloundra I had no knowledge about trade businesses in the area, I'm happy to say after dealing with Ian , proprietor of Garrow's I now have a reliable TV and Antenna service. I called this afternoon and as busy as Ian had been he called in on the way home (within the hour) and had my TV up and running in no time. Very impressed with the great, friendly service!
Not easy to deal with, always get told you'd get a call back and never do.
