Sue & the team were extremely helpful & professional in all the dealings we have had with them over the last 10 or so years. Not only did our build plans turn out amazing the first time we used them but our extensions on our current home are exactly what we wanted. Hassle free & friendly service. Amazing service! LVD provided expert and fast service, the price is fair and they take the time to explain and educate you on what can sometimes be a confusing time. Very professional and always willing to go the extra mile. All staff are friendly; helpful; willing to listen and incorporate ideas, they take the pressure off and make the journey enjoyable. Would highly recommend this company to everyone.
Fabulous service from LVD; helped with redraw to meet council regulations; all staff friendly; helpful; willing to listen and incorporate our ideas. Very professional; they took all the pressure off us by arranging the site survey/ soil report/ all compliances required have now been met. We can't wait to get started on our build! We tried 2 other drafting /businesses... can only score LVD 10/10
I was told it was a 6 week wait to get an appointment for them to come to my house and I would get a confirmation email in 5 weeks a rang them after 5 weeks because they hadn’t contacted me and they said there is nothing saying I had rang at all and would have to book in again bloody hopeless
