Had a look at their website which said 'low stocks' for the whole range of Kreg gear. Went in and saw almost completely empty shelves for most of the range. Came home and ordered online because their site said 'in stock'. 5 days later the order was still listed as 'being picked'. Then dramas with the support person trying to get them to cancel my order. Will definitely be the last time I go anywhere near Sydney Tools.

Poor customer service. Bought a power tool from here. Had a problem 2 months later. Brought it in - sales guys and manager said “not out problem” and insisted I contact the manufacturer. This is a clear violation of consumer rights law. Sydney Tools have a great range and good prices but they won’t help you if you have a problem. Sydney Tools seems interested in sales but not service. Try somewhere else where they care about you beyond the sale.
