Best Customer Service Spanline ACT designed and installed a large opening roof over our deck four years ago. We were very happy with the result at the time but sadly, just recently two electric motors failed. The measure of customer service of an organization is not when all goes but when it doesn’t. Well, Spanline’s customer service excelled. Although the motors were outside of warranty, Frank was able to negotiate the replacement of the motors and even arranged their installation outside normal hours on the weekend. We’re very happy to recommend Spanline ACT.

The entire process of dealing with the Spanline team was fantastic. From our initial enquiry with Peter to the drafting up of our design and through to our build was flawless. Nothing was too difficult and the builders/install team's work was amazing. We could not be happier with our finished product and would recommend anyone looking to achieve a functional outdoor space to consult Spanline.

My mother commenced planning to enclose a porch in about September 2020 and received a quote from Spanline. Their representative was extremely professional and drafted up the p[an on the spot and provided an accurate quote which we later accepted - what got us over the line was what we saw at the showroom, and their promise (delivered) that they would deal with all the approvals necessary with the Council. They were great at communication too. Unfortunately my mother passed away and as we have to sell her house we cannot complete the project but the plans are now completed and approved. When I had to cancel, they even told me that we hadn't spent all the deposit money and refunded some of it to her estate. True professionals with a high level of integrity.
It’s been a very veeerryy long time since I have met a more genuine, courteous and helpful salesperson than Scott from Spanline Canberra. His professional advice was hugely appreciated. Looking forward to our new outdoor area.
Spanline Canberra built a small enclosure to protect my front door from the weather. The job was fiddly work however there tradesman Jeff was particular and thorough and painstakingly did a fabulous job. I could not be more satisfied with his work and the service provided by Brian and the Spanline team. I am happy if Spanline wishes to use me as a reference and my enclosure as an example of what they achieved.
Was referred by a friend, he arrives and leaves within 10 minutes, instructed me to measure, scan in the design we had in mind with the measurements written on it, and to email it to him.
Spanline Canberra built a carport with a panel lift door door and a verandah for us. We are very happy with the outcome. Staff were great to deal with. Would definitely recommend them and would use them again for similar projects in the future.
