These guys laid wooden floors throughout my entire house (custom built house) and we LOVE it!! Here's some photo's to show you what they did! Really friendly, great price, timely install, what else could you want. Thanks Guys! (we went back to them and bought all our curtains through Distinctive Blinds and have been super impressed with their work on those as well!)

Yesterday I popped into the Mitchell Park showroom and was served by Matt. I had previously popped in and had an idea of the colours of floorboards I was after and wanted to try and purchase some before Christmas, however I didn't have an appropriate car to collect them at the warehouse in time before they closed and reopened in the new year. Not only did Matt explain the products in a friendly and helpful manner but he also arrange for delivery - 2hrs later straight to my doorstep! Friendly, helpful and time efficient service with very competitive prices! He went above and beyond to help me out, could not recommend them enough!
From the first time we visited the showroom to the very end of having all our carpets and flooring installed, Solomon’s Flooring were terrific. All staff were very friendly, approachable, professional and helpful. We are delighted with our flooring and will definitely use them again.
We ordered flooring 10months ago. It was scheduled to be installed Monday. We went to the house and waited for them, did not arrive. They rang and said they will install it the next day Tuesday. We waited again Tuesday, did not arrive. Called a few times and said they will arrive lunch time or in the afternoon and will stay overtime just to start the flooring. We waited again and at 4pm they rang they won't be able to make it. They said Wednesday 8am they will install it. They finally arrived yesterday 8am sharp but they had the wrong planks with them!!!! unbelievable!!! They said they will pick up the planks and will come back at 10am. 12pm passed no update no nothing! I rang and as usual they said they will give me a call back bcoz he was with a customer excuse me I am also your bloody customer! Received nothing. I rang and finally got hold of the person but couldn't give me an answer they don't know where my order was. He said he will update me but nothing. Other jobs this week were pushed back because of the flooring. We are moving in next week we can't push back anymore for them. I've had enough I went to their shop and cancelled everything and demanded for my money to be returned which the owner did. Very unprofessional! When I walked out the door I heard them laughing good on them!!! Not recommending this store to anyone!
We are so very happy with our carpet which was laid today. It looks fabulous. Shaun was so good in helping us with samples to select the right coulour. We only went to one other company for a quote and they were not only dearer but did not let us bring samples home which Solomons did, (which we took back the same day). Solomons Marion was the BEST. Plus Lyall (and his son Paul) who laid the carpet and has been doing so for 20 years. A real professional We could not be happier.
Great carpet experience, first time purchasing for a stairwell carpet replacement. Very helpful in the shop for carpet choice and advise and then at home with the two choices. Installer came on time and was great. Very happy customer especially now when I can walk on soft new carpet under my feet.
Came into Solomon's Flooring Mitchell Park to show my aunty some samples of flooring colours that we'll be purchasing from ANOTHER Solomon's Flooring store, this store was a convenient location for me to take my aunty. Greeted by a sales rep by the name of Steve/Steven i recall, I informed him that I had put a deposit down at another store, he then replied "well we're cheaper and much friendlier" then I continued to ask him well can you quote us? He said no. I was shocked at how rude he was, even if we did not have intent to purchase, why would you make snarky comments about your prices and services? Then continue to tell us that there's no way you can quote us since we've put a deposit down. Not knowing that we, the customers are unaware about each store being franchised and operated independently. Disgusting customer service. Absolutely disappointed.
Matt, Shaun and all the team were nothing but the best the moment we stepped into the showroom. Friendly knowledgeable and accommodating including the carpet layer. Couldn’t be happier with the carpet choice we made, great quality. Can’t recommend them highly enough.
