We were pleasantly surprised at how knowledgable and helpful they were, and after their advice we bought a wool rug that we are very happy with. Emma and Cam clearly knew alot about the different kinds of rugs, took the time to understand what we wanted and were patient with us as we took our time to decide. Will always come here first when looking for rugs in the future!

I have tried to find a rug unsuccessfully for a long time. I went to the Mitchell Park store expecting to buy one style but came out with something very different. I couldn’t be happier. Nothing was too much for the young salesperson. She listened to my uncertain description of what I thought I wanted, suggested possibilities and finally came up with the perfect rug. Thank you

Very helpful. Did not have what we wanted at one franchise, so send us to one of their other stores. Found what we wanted and credited the first store with the sale.
Very very dodgy rug seller always going out of business or buying liquidated stock u simply have to ignore the price tags they basically rip u off I purchased a 550 rug and it was on sale for 275 10 days later
