Uni Juniors hockey club has been getting our trophies here for ten years and we have always had excellent service, even when timeframes are tight. Staff are always helpful and professional.

This place helped me pull together a parting gift for a work colleague and produced an amazing product in record time. They really know their stuff and can cater to all sorts of unique requests. Take your business here, because they'll get the job done with superb quality.

Notwithstanding I changed the font and wording several times on a proof plaque, Capital Trophies & Sportswear happily accommodated the changes. The end product is excellent. Great service from staff.

I picked up some goods for my brother in law on 27 March at around 3:30PM. I was unsure exactly what type of item I needed to pick up, I knew what event it was for however. When I was served, I was served by an older man with a beard, I told him I was there to pick up an order for Andrew he looked confused and demanded to know what type of item it was, as I didnt know, this seemed to annoy him and he rudely implied that I should know as im the one picking it up. he looked behind him and grabbed a bag with hats in it, which jogged my memory and I said, they may be it. he put the bag on the counter and again rudely said " if you had just said hats in the first place, I would have gotten it sooner". I said, "but the paperwork does say the name I gave you , you could have searched for that instead". He then repeated what he said which made me pretty annoyed with him because of his smart arse tone and rudeness. how about instead of practicing the spanish inquisition on nice customers, you use your limited ability to simply search behind you for the name that was given to you in the first place.....now that would have gotten it quicker.
