Fabulous place to study a language, they offer Spanish, French and Chinese. Short courses in art cooking sewing and many other varied activities. Have a lovely daycare centre and many bright rooms to learn in. They also offer private hire of the daycare room and other rooms for parties. This includes a full kitchen. A welcoming place with complimentary tea and coffee. Worth a look if you enjoy connecting with your community and learning!

Fantastic range of activities to do here. Short courses, cooking to clay work, language to painting. Finding the time is the biggest hurdle, great community house, very affordable, parking top of Brunswick street is an easy option. Very close to train station too.

I have been doing a course at Mitcham Community House for around 8 years. I have enjoyed the work offered by the tutor and her expertise and gentleness. The staff at the house are extremely helpful and friendly. It is a warm and welcoming place and I look forward to many more years with them.
