Accidently charged be double on the eftpos machine. Went back a week later showing my internet banking. However cause receipt showed correct price, was accused of fabricating my internet banking records. Refused to process a refund of the difference. Went back two weeks later, still being difficult. Had to raise voice and get bitter to finally get a refund. Is that the new profit making tactic?
My son has been naught for a few weeks now. So i decided to get him an elf on the shelf. One of the ladies at the counter was amazing. I bought the elf prior to returning with my son, advicing the lady i needed her help, with letting my son know if he continues to behave badly he will not recieve presents from santa. As adviced this young lady presented the elf to my son and told him "" i heard you have been naughty, so santa told me to give you this elf to keep an eye on you, to make sure you behave and if you dont santa will know by this elf"". Thankyou again so much, my son is looking after the elf and is taking good care of him. Amazing service. Fingers cross it works xx
It felt uncomfortable to be there, average and incomplete range for the needs of current consumers. Run by boomers at the top I assume, this is a classic example of their business regiment that will ultimately fail. I hope they pull out of this nose dive!
They have terrible customer service they didn’t know what they were doing and they were very rude and didn’t care. I Recommend You Find Another Store
