My first online purchase was smooth and fast, earrings came in perfect condition and received so much positive attention when I wear these glittery Olivia Drop earrings. They're my recent favorite! Just their unique style and quality. Would shop again! The girls at the Miranda store are so nice too.
I purchased 3 silver rings from The Silver Collective within a week. They all arrived within that same week. The shipping is super fast and FREE which is amazing. The rings are perfect. All of them had stones and so far, after daily wear, they are all still perfectly intact. Their ring size range is also great. I have ‘chubby’ fingers and usually am only able to purchase rings from Pandora to fit my size but I had grown so bored of Pandora, everything is always the same old thing. I found The Silver Collective on Instagram and I am so glad I did. I’m very happy with my purchases so far and I have no doubt my collection will grow! Keep up the good work and unique designs.
Would not recommend ordering from The Silver Collective. Poor quality items and even worse customer service. I ordered the Molly ring and it arrived with one of the 'stones' damaged. I sent it back and they refused to replace it as they originally said they would as it apparently had 'signs of wear and tear with the stone being crushed by applying an external force'. I literally never wore the ring but I'm being asked to pay another 30 to replace a ring that arrived to my house damaged. Also you can't actually speak to anyone all conversation has to be via email. Really disappointing customer service. Unfortunately I also bought the Dew ring at the same time and wore one of the rings for 5 days. It completely lost it's rose gold coating. I took photos and sent it back and apparently it had been 'heavily and roughly worn therefore causing the plating on the ring to be severely damaged and deteriorated'. I have a rose gold Pandora ring that I wore on my other hand for those same 5 days and it was perfect. Same thing they want me to pay 30 to replace the Dew ring that the rose gold plating lasted 5 days on. So I'm down 94 and have no rings. My advice don't waste your money and go to an actual jewellery shop that will stand over it's items.

Excellent experience! The website is easy to use, the products are photographed and displayed accurately. From placing an order on Sunday evening, I received an email saying they had been dispatched on Monday morning and I received my items by lunchtime on Wednesday. Very happy with the goods and the service and would highly recommend.
(Review left on behalf of my girlfriend) I absolutely love The Silver Collective they are by far my favourite jewellery brand, everything I have ordered has been the best quality beautiful pieces. Never had any issues and all of my deliveries have always arrived quickly and perfectly packaged! Love them!!
