Would really have appreciated some genuine service. Went in recently and I can understand if someone’s busy or if the place is understaffed but no one was in store, staff standing behind counter, I’ve just begun a new health and fitness routine and wanted some guidance and once I approached the staff member with a selection after no assistance or even a hello, she acted like I was a bit of a bother and that my question was stupid.... She remained reluctant to offer real advice or provide similar or more suitable options, or maybe she would have done so should she have bothered to acknowledge me and ask me anything.

Hi Everyone, I visited this place today, actually just a while back. I was looking for Creatine monohydrate. The guy in the store helped me to find which aisle has all the Creatine. He showed me three brands they have. I asked him if they sell the brand "Transparent Labs" and his reply was "err we don't sell those bad stuff". I laughed so hard ( inside ) and realised this guy has no clue what his talking about and should never listen to his advice or any of his recommendations. I understand he is trying to sell what he has in the store but he clearly doesn't know anything about what he sells. I don't think he is even qualified to be selling nutritional products to people. I left the shop without buying anything obviously. Go in if you know what you want. Don't even listen to the jacked up dude who thinks he knows what he's selling.

I would never review when I had a bad experience at a shop, but this review is well needed for any innocent customers. The Sunday that just passed I went into this store to buy BCCAs, after purchasing the goods I proceeded to open them and use them. Soon realising the disgusting consistency, only to figure out the goods expired by 2017!!!!, this isn’t the bad part. After finding out I was sold expired products that could of potentially harmed me I proceeded to return the product the Tuesday after. I had not brought the receipt as i could not find it. Later on I proceeded to return the item the male at the counter was adamant that the product wasn’t sold on the Sunday and in fact I was LYING. he then proceeded to call the man working on Sunday who according to the man never sold those BCCAs that day, hmmmm Intresting. Absolutely furious the argument rose, I was called a liar and belittled as if I was making up a story for 60bucks and security was called. I then was told to leave and went home to scavenge through the house in success of eventually finding the receipt. This proved I was their on Sunday and bought that product, after calling this place and figuring out the refund I then procceded to inform the company that i do know the law and know exactly what was breached in the purchasing of faulty goods. Which then lead the people to believe that I was threatening them, so tell me how is it a threat if 1. It’s the law, and is in place to product innocent consumers like myself 2. Its just as much for myself as much as yourself, it’s a heads up so you can be educated to remove any other faulty goods you may be offering to consumers I just really do not appreciate being belittled and called a liar when I know as a fact I’m not lying and in the middle of an unethical situation. This review is simply a warning to any customers who intend to shop in this store, check everything before purchasing and also keep your receipt somewhere you know so you not called a liar.
