Good customer service, and very knowledgeable. For someone with no knowledge of the different brands or styles, I was able to purchase the perfect mattress for my budget.

The staff are all friendly, helpful and easy to deal with. However, the mattresses made by the Serta company are not a good choice. We paid a good price, but, within 3 months it was sagging and side collapsing. The after sale service and the warranty isn’t as you would expect it to be. Give this brand a miss. A Clark Rubber mattress would be better value for money.

I would highly recommend you don’t go anywhere else, other than Forty Winks Kawana to purchase a mattress. This is the third mattress I have purchased from this store and wouldn’t even consider going elsewhere. Kimberly was amazing! She will not give up until you are comfortable. Trust me, with a fussy body like mine she had a job on her hands. She was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, honest, understanding, patient, kind and generous. Ease of mind to know your in good hands. Don’t hesitate to go in and see Kimberley and the others. You won’t regret it!
I buy all my mattresses from this store. I still have my lovely bedroom furniture from Forty Winks Kawana since my first purchase that I made. Been a happy customer for 18 years now and will continue to support this store for many years to come.
