It’s always good when you get the right person to get advice from when you need it and this is almost quite often the case at Bunnings, Minchinbury. They have some awesome staff on who are quite knowledgeable about the products they sell and can recommend an easier method to complete a job. They are also one of the businesses who started early on with promoting to customers the use cardboard boxes to carry stuff in to the car rather than plastic bags. It’s also fairly easy to get an exchange when a product you buy does not perform as well as it should.

Bunnings, Huge, Huge range of products and departments. The prices are the lowest and if not they will beat competitor's prices. The refund policies are very fair. All the good stuff one would expect from a big town Bunnings.

I have just returned from Bunnings Minchinbury and would like to thank the staff at the Trade Desk, Doug for going out of his way to find and cut the wood, being able to understand the gibberish of a disabled 65 year old woman to achieve her items. Many thanks to the ladies for their patience and clear directions of locating the extra bits and pieces I needed.

On the Easter weekend I had to sort my pool. I was offered assistance by Brian, who proved to be knowledgeable, personable and genuinely sincere. My trolley was full when I left that isle. I then attended the tool shop and was upsold to a 5 pack of Ozito battery tools by another sincere and genuine staff member. I could not be happier with my tool purchase, sadly I did not catch the gentleman's name in the tool shop. By now my trolley was overloaded. I can only commend management on hiring and encouraging such polite, sincere and obliging individuals who represented Bunnings so well.

Like any other Bunnings in Sydney, it is quite big and keeps a wide range of stuff, from building products to power tools, from garden to outdoor stuff, from lighting to paint s and what not, prices are competitive too. They have trade store as well. Located right on great western highway, it has a big parking area. Public toilets available, wheelchair parking and access to the store.

My favourite past time... So many good things to do and explore the store to get just what you need

Some staff are good. But generally the culture in this particular Bunnings seems broken. Self checkout was closed, checkouts were unattended & there was one person at the service desk performing checkout duties. Since Bunnings pretty much has the monopoly on hardware in Australia they probably don't really care if they improve customer service or not. When you need to be there to get items you can't get anywhere else, because if there was competition I would certainly ditch Bunnings for them.....however upon further reflection other Bunnings I go to the people are quite the bit more helpful, stores are better organised, cleaner etc. So maybe this 1 star is more of a reflection of the area? I don't know, but I'll go to the one near home next time I need something.

Yeah love Bunnings but they have multiple registered but no one wants to use them, my whole experience today was some employee asking over ten times for cashier's, I waited in a line of eight and when she got to the guy in front of me she said sorry I'm closed after this guy, go wait at the tools counter for service, line up again, wait then told to go to the large front counter to the right of the front door. Spent more time trying to pay for my goods then what I spent getting them. Come on Bunnings, you don't need another "Masters" type hardware starting up and taking your business and as for online, get one of these food runner companies to get process online orders for instant deliveries for a set premium over standard delivery fees (if I can't get there and need it fast, I will pay an extra 5-10 bucks) and deliver directly with in an hour, and you won't have to worry about cashier's. Your customers will ring or go online to your company sub consciously if it's needed urgent, and that's how shopping is now easier from home for to our even busier lives and that's the way the future and technology is driving or lives. Thanx
