I went to IKON's concert here and the atmosphere was great. The stage has two large screens so you can always see what is happening on stage if you are sitting far back. Security to get in is reasonable and will help out if you have any questions. The seats are all on different levels so you don't block anyone when you are sitting. There is a canteen inside if you want food or drinks since you can't bring them inside but they're a bit expensive. Overall I would definitely come back here for any concerts.

Great spot for concerts! Saw Architects twice there, two days in a row just because POLARIS were delayed due to weather.

It was a decent place to host shows with around 2000 people but only promblem is Luna park closes at 10 pm which also means no toliet at the end of most shows. They shut toliets after a certain time at night. Seating was clean but wasn't comfortable seating.

The Big Top was worst venue entry experience I have ever had. They were severely understaffed and everyone had to wait in the rain for nearly 40 mins to get inside, despite lining up well before the show start time. The venue was opened as all ages and as a result was full of drunk teens who the security didn’t seem to control at all or help when they looked really sick and remove them safely. I hope none of my favourite bands ever hold their gig at this venue again.

My children went to Luna Park in January to see Bastille, a band they love. It was a summer night in Sydney and over 2000 people were standing inside for the concert. They could not take in drinks which is fair enough, but there were no water bubblers inside which you would expect at a concert venue in a hot country. Water bottles were 5 each and in less than an hour they had spent 35 dollars trying to stay hydrated as it was so hot inside. Before Bastille even came on my son was in first aid feeling ill from the heat. They left before the concert even started. Whilst they were there they spoke to venue staff and first aid personnel and no one offered them free water. I raised a complaint with customer services and management but no one cared. I was completely fobbed off and no one was concerned at all about the safety of people attending the venue. My children preferred to miss seeing a band they love rather than stay in the venue. If I could leave no stars I would. There are so many bad reviews for this venue for a reason. Don’t waste your money.

The staff at big top that were checking bags and wrists bands were sooo slow. Like c'mon there is a long line and they are so disorganized and slow. I heard a manager shouting at her staff in front of all us customers. Great venue but the staff need to be managed properly.
