What an incredible experience! From our first contact of making a booking - right through to our flight and walking away from the experience - the entire crew were professional, calm, informative, fun and personable. Our family had a wonderful experience- creating memories that will last a lifetime! We felt part of the whole process - children included, from set up to pack up of the balloon. Our flight was smooth, the views spectacular! And our Pilot Paul was so calm, informative and professional - it was quite a magnificent experience! I don't think I can adequately express the feeling of taking off and floating above the earth in a hot air balloon! The views were stunning, the flight was smooth as silk, the pilot informative and professional and the ground crew were great too!! If you've never gone hot air ballooning... what are you waiting for??!!

A fantastic way to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary! Paul and the team were very professional and very friendly, the scenery was spectacular, the balloon ride was so smooth and so serene. The entire experience was unforgettable. Highly recommended and something we'd definitely do again.

An amazing experience, would highly recommend. Paul was a fantastic guide who genuinely wants you to have a great experience. Questions where more than welcomed and he was happy to share his knowledge on ballooning. An emphasis on bringing tourism together with other local attractions was obvious and demonstrated by the Prosecco breakfast served at Brown Brothers after the flight. A fantastic way to experience this beautiful part of North East Victoria.
