Poor customer service. Went in for a couple of Carhartt hoodies for work on the 16th of May, when I approached the counter the guy working merely grunted at me and gestured for me to put the item on the counter. I asked if they had any other colours in my size and he just straight out said no without looking further.i asked if he would be getting more stock and he said "how should I know". A female approached and she tried looking into itfit me and recommended the online store but it wasn't enough to make up for the man's poor service. People like him shouldn't be in customer service , especially not in this climate when there would be dozens of people willing to fill his role and make an actual effort.

Hats off to the two ladies working on Sunday. Store was very busy and they both couldnt do enough to help everyone. Even though the older lady had a unnecessarily rude customer she didnt let it affect anyone.
