From the first contact all the way through to collecting our car, every person we dealt with was professional, courteous, customer focused and friendly. We got the car we wanted at the price we wanted with the finance deal we wanted (and a great interest rate). Thank you Sarah and Patrick for making our car purchase a genuinely pleasant moment. I am a person who only posts positive and try to go out of way to be considerate of the situation. This review is just states fact and experience, its neither good and nor bad. Bought vw JETTA 2014. **Sales(10/10) : Outstanding. Brain Lee was my sales retailer and he was outstanding. Process was seamless. **warranty (3/10): Best decision I ever made of not buying warranty worth 2700 on a 9900 dollar car. And the "WHY?" is justified in the next stage. Although I had 3 months new car warranty. After sale service (1/10): Horrible. Disappointing. Had some issues which were minor. 1.Bumper sticking out a bit about which I was aware while buying the car. And I knew they would pull out terms and condition card so i specifically told them I am happy to pay for whatever is not covered in warranty, I took a witness along with me. 2. Driver side door panel was loose. Which they initially agreed that it was not normal. So after leaving car for a whole day Dan (Service person) calls me at 4 pm and says car is ready and neither of those issues were sorted and for loose door panel I was asked to bring car again for half and hour. I took appointment and went and yet again I ended up wasting whole day for nothing. The car was sitting in front of me and went in workshop just for half an hour and final result was I took day off twice wasted whole day and they said its not under warranty and there was nothing wrong to be fixed. It seemed like they did not know what to do with German technology. I bought another jetta 2017 from scarboro Toyota and they sent the car to VW as they did not want to mess with something they did not know, they offered me loan car for a week. And here is where despite being Toyota the after sale services largely varied. Scarboro Toyota big applause. I got my door panel done by panel X located at osborne park, and in couple of days I have appointment for fixing bumper issue. My both Jetta bought from different Toyota dealer is shown in the picture.

My wife and I recently purchased a new Prado at Midland Toyota. The entire process was outstanding. Justin and Paul made it a great buying experience. We were treated like valued customers, offered a fair price and made the purchase. I had previously visited another dealership closer to my home, but I am still waiting to hear back from them, which was over a month ago. Even if they're not your "local" Toyota dealership, give them a call. It was our first new car purchase and we could not be happier with how it turned out. A great example of a professional business. Thanks to both of you.

Rang to get a spare key for my yaris... was quoted over 400 dollars. I asked the service department if I could code the key self and was told no you can't we have to do it. got a key and transponder for 60 dollars from ebay... 4 dollars to cut it and the key came with programing instructions.. disgraceful. Also your still selling those new car warranties shameless, you know they are as worthless as the paper they are written on.... the biggest scam ever... people do you research and don't wast your money. Its a flat out con they should be outlawed yet you still are ripping the community
