It’s quite a surprise and a real shame that others have had a negative experience visiting this clinic. This was the first time I’ve undergone this procedure and was apprehensive,overwhelmed and quite scared to say the least but all the staff from the nurses, the doctor to the anethatist I was handled with great care, respect warmth and absolutely no judgment what so ever. The information regarding the preparation, what to expect from the procedure, the aftercare and a way forward with the range of contraception available was all incredibly thorough and every step was met with confirmation that all was understood and if not they were more then happy to take a moment and discuss anything to your liking. This clinic and all staff are wonderful, friendly and incredibly professional, not just to me but also made my partner and any queries he had included and involved. Made a daunting experience a lot more comforting and manageable.
Nurses & Doctors were very caring, helpful and attentive. Yes you will wait a long time and of course it isn't a great experience but I really think the staff that work here need some more appreciation of what they do. They made the experience bearable and I felt like I was in good hands throughout the procedure & recovery.
