The food was so wonderful and amazing to eat. I would definitely recommend it. The customer service was great too. Definitely will go back there again.
Flavour was great Serving size was poor Wait time was good Service was very poor Overall not a great experience. The food did taste great but came out lukewarm and the serving size was terrible (so small). One server was good with others forgetting our order/requests.
This is a fantastic restaurant on the outside of Midland Gate shopping centre that is good for small groups or large groups who wished you have a solid Asian meal at an inexpensive price. The service here is always fantastic and the staff are friendly. The menu is extensive and provides a wide variety of dishes.
Ordered a take away meal tonight & was told it'd be ready in 20 minutes. I got there in the suggested time frame & when I got home, the food was cold to the point of having to warm it up before eating it. The 'special fried rice' had only limited pieces of prawn and chicken with no other meat and was bland and flavorless. I have been to the Morley Chatters many times and find the food much better there. Giving 2 stars because the bbq pork omelette was faultless.
We had lunch at Chatters a few days ago. Its the first time I have been there and its basically just a Chinese restaurant. The decor looks good but still fast food type plastic tables. The service was very good. I enjoyed the food and thought it was better than other Chinese restaurants I have been to recently. We had a lot of children with us and the price per head worked out to be very reasonable
presentation was excellent and staff were attentive. My beer was warm entree to hot to eat. I enjoyed the chefs take on Mongolian lamb and the chilli is a nice touch. However it was only warm, not hot and should be served on a sizzling hot plate to best complement the Mongolian lambs style. Maybe the kitchen messed up their timing with my main and it had to sit however that is no excuse.
