Medical on Miami is a first class facility here on the Gold Coast. The range of treatments includes General Practice, Physiological, X-RAY, Physiotherapy and Pathology. The medical staff are unbelievable and the general staff friendly and efficient . Top marks to all those involved.
This is one of the best medical centres I've ever been to. The reception staff are always so lovely & helpful. I've seen 3 different doctors who have all been nothing but kind & understanding to my sensitivity as well as being very thorough in their work. Cannot recommend this place enough! Thankyou so much to the entire team.

Love this medical centre. All of the staff are smiling and genuinely happy to be at work! I've been seeing Dr Rach Wyndham for over a year now and have great confidence in her in her medical ability. She is efficient, gentle and caring!

Positives: Clean and well presented practise Nice receptionist Good location Useful neighbouring businesses Negative: I came to be heard and left feeling frustrated, disappointed. I mean i am no doctor, but telling someone to use dove soap and go on antibiotics for 3 months because of acne.... hm doesn't sound right. I was also told it 'You don't want to walk around with skin like that' (I have seen much worse acne not like that's important) After expressing my concern for antibiotics. Another upsetting remark 'Acne scars will never go away' Well i know for a fact that isn't true. I requested some tests and was told it would definitely not be the reason for my acne.... Huh? You can't know for sure by a few simple questions. I booked a longer session so all options could be explored not shrugged off. Im hopeful the practise has better Doctors but this was such a horrible experience i would hate to recommend to others. I would never want my Depression and anxiety to be used against me but i will still mention it because its important. Treating someone like the above can be detrimental. I would put this right up there with being told I wont be able to have children because i have polycystic ovaries (different clinic). Eek. Thanks for your time reading my review, Katie Response to comment: Appreciate your response but I wouldn't like to return. It can be a very frustrating and upsetting when you are experiencing symptoms and not sure why, then to have a doctor dismiss you. Im glad i was firm with persisting a blood test but i feel if there was a level of care more tests would have been suggested. I need someone to really listen. Not just try and push antibiotics before even knowing my history or running tests.
Reception staff is awesome and friendly , would not recommend shrimpton to anyone. Tried to pull the wool over my eyes with un necessary appointments
