I bought a new controller for X Box, and was served by a girl with stylish hair style, i cannt say anything she did was wrong but just feel uncomfortable, she didnt hae any smile and was serious while on talking or doing the service. I am in hospitality industry and know what makes a good service, just two days ago a gentleman on the same shop makes me comeback, but yhe girl on the same shop just make me feel a total different experience.
