I rang to book an appointment. Trish wouldn’t let me book in as I was a new patient. She wanted me to come in, collect and fill in a form, be put on a waitlist and return home to wait for a call. I live over 20 minutes out of the area and I am new to the area. My partner phone back and she allowed him to book me in as he knows her. What a joke!
