Fantastic! Eye test for eye health and sight was comprehensive; optician most knowledgeable. Choice of frames stylish and well priced. All staff helpful and lovely to deal with. Highly recommend.

Glasses provided were multi focal but provide very poor reading ability Price was also very expensive and that was with cheap frames that I selected

I have used this Optical Superstore for many years. The staff has always been kind, curtious, and helpful. Once when I lost my glasses on vacation they helped me get new ones by writing to the insurance company for me. Recently I had a couple pair of frames break, as it turned out they were under warranty, and the staff ordered new frames and put my old lenses in them for me. They are a great crew, and it has been a pleasure dealing with them. I am so thankful. Marty Foster

Worst Customer service, waited 20 mins to be acknowledged by the staff when asked to provide an estimate the staff were not interested in explaining the quote and then when we mentioned that they were more expensive than their competitors they said have a good day and showed us the door. Never going back to their stores ever as they clearly do not respect customers and do not want to provide service.

Quite expensive ... Optical Superstore charge more for lenses than Spec Savers asked for lenses and frames
