Great prices and excellent service! Michael and his staff are superb. Michael ensured my macbook pro was running again and saved my hard drive. I am particularly grateful to Michael for the care he took with my laptop despite it being out of warranty for one of the parts previously replaced. He was very understanding and accommodating and fixed the issue quickly. Also, across the Covid-19 pandemic they have been excellent with their communication which I really appreciated. Michael and the IT services team deserve your business and local support.

Top service on all levels. Excellent Pricing too. First contact was from me on their webpage - received a care call that afternoon with options to choose from. Arrived at the shop and immediately Michael asked all the right questions. He said if he couldn't bring old faithful back from the dead, working, looking and feeling brand new, then he would give me all my money back. That was a big promise. I'm talking a nearly decade old MacBook Pro here. Not only did he follow through on his promise, he had it delivered it to my door. Felt like Xmas. That's Gold!
I brought in my laptop hoping for a quick fix but unfortunately it wasn’t so. They quickly did various tests to eliminate possible causes of the issue and gave me my options. Even though it was a bad news for me, they were very patient with all of my queries. We ended up transferring the data from old laptop into refurbished Mac book they sell, which I wasn’t comfortable with to start with since I’ve never owned a Mac, but because they have installed windows, everything is pretty much as it was before. (And the man was very patient in explaining how it’ll work!) They have up graded the hard drive, so now my new laptop works much faster and literally everything is as it was! I am very grateful they made the whole process so easy for someone who doesn’t understand the world of computer too well! Thank you!
My Macbook air had water spilt on it and it was completely dead. Michael fixed it and saved all my data. Service was professional, good communication and reasonably priced- Life saver!
The team at IT Services Gold Coast are amazing! Thank you so much for fixing my iMac and going over and beyond with your service, I really appreciate it. The hard drive needed replacing and Boston and team made sure it was done before the Easter long weekend as I really needed the computer. They even stayed back after closing hours to make sure it was done properly and ensured all the data was back on the machine. I would highly recommend this fantastic local business. Hi all, I have used the I.T. Services Gold Coast a couple of times now and boy what a refreshing experience it's been on both occasions. Being an end user, leaves me bewildered when things don't work as they should, but these guys have fixed my mac quickly and efficiently on both occasions and may i say, leaving me with my confidence and self worth intact.
