Fray Bro

Some gyms you feel like your dealing with used car salesman. This isnt one of them. Staff are friendly, accomadating and approachable. They dont push sales on you. Facilities are clean and equipment works. Everything you want in a gym.

Tried to cancel membership and having lots of hassles. They will not return calls and keep taking my money. Be very careful when you sign up. With a broken leg I tried to cancel but they refused.

The gym itself isn’t to bad, but the management is terrible, I had to call over five times and visit them in person to have my cancellation processed. What a waste of my time and also a waste of their staffs time, if only things were done properly the first time!

Thanks Michael for answering the feedback card. I think any good manager will do this. I like the gym and addressing feedback shows a gr8 care level. Well done. To review its crucial to give a 5 rather than a lower star and when something is said to be dealt /dealing with then the outcome of good communication is key.

They wont let me cancel my membership even though I clearly told them I can’t afford it and I’m getting a surgery. I agreed to pay cancellation fee and there still making it hard

I have been a member of fitness first Mermaid Waters for about 10 years. I love this gym because it has everything I want from a gym. It starts with the smiling staff behind the front counter who always give a warm welcome each time I walk in door. The facilities are excellent and the variety of classes available is awesome. I frequently do the small group training classes which provide a great workout in only 30 minutes. I also enjoy the yoga in their purpose designed yoga studio. All the trainers - whether on the floor or leading classes - are very professional, helpful and encouraging. To me it feels like a home away from home. Alice Prigoone

Love this club. The nice fresh light and purpose built facility is very motivating with nice energy and vibe. Awesome instructors and huge timetable to suit all types of people. Members and staff very friendly and feel welcome. Highly recommend this gym best part is the hot yoga, pool, huge timetable and you get to train at the sister club Fitness First robina so you get access to 2 clubs and timetables for price of one. Very experienced professional team of instructors trainers

I’ve been a member of FF since it opened and I still love all the classes and facilities especially Hot yoga with Nat and Maya. My favourite class is pro cycle with Craig, love that class!!! It’s one I can’t miss, just wish there was more of them. Karen’s Cycle class is another favourite, I get the most out of both those classes and have been doing them for years Now. ️
