Not happy with the service given to us our dietitian recommended this company she supplied our details for to them to contact us so we could order the compound needed for our daughter 3 weeks and no contact. Our daughter running out of compound then I head to ring them the excuse they made was they had the wrong details. what a load of rubbish they read back my details and they were correct. So finally we get the compound ordered Monday 08/02 they take our money and supposedly send the compound by express post delivered next day. Well guess what it is now thursday 11/02/16 and no compound so I ring them and ask were it is they said it was sent on Monday they will ring Australia post 10 mins late they ring and say the compound is still in the Gold Coast sitting in Australia post saying it is lost. No tracking number supplied for said parcel will I recommended them hell no. So I ring back and speak to their manager Kristy I told that I was not happy with the outcome in a quite voice and she tells me to stop yelling I was sitting in a packed bus when I was talking with her what a douche bag
