I bought an Apple laptop at this place and after months the laptop was locked and no one can unlock besides apple with the original purchase receipt. I went back to the store in Mermaid and they said theres nothing they can do. There was probably a stolen product that Cash Converters manage to re-sell it.

I really couldn't be happier with my purchases at this store. Pricing is generally reasonable and if I think it might be high on a particular item the staff are always happy to discuss and when possible negotiate. Staff members in my experience are all warm and inviting. Very helpful. I've never walked out of there disappointed. Great store, very nice people.

My husband visits this store very frequently, even though there are others near by. It's a big store with plenty of stock and staff. Every time we have visit this store or purchase something, we have always received a great deal and great service. Smooth transactions it's what I like
I have had nothing but a positive experience with this store and its staff. Very helpful, good bargains & nice people. Great service. Sympathetic. Good location & easy to get to. Would be nice if it were open on a sunday though.

My last experience here left much to be desired. The blokes that work behind the counter are very rude and misoygnist. Avoid this BS shop. No Star Rating!!!!!
