Such a great hidden gem ! Incredible natural beauty! You will need to walk a little bit from the car park to see the magnificent reserve ! It’s said that water quality is not suitable for swimming and of course after heavy rain but I’ve seen plenty people’s swimming around here with family too! Nice little place for family day out however you won’t have general amenities like washroom etc. But a great sights overall, potentially little bit of fishing too! Recommended.

Unique water hide out gem. just 5 minute off the road offers many activities options like walk on little river beach, swimming in fresh water, rope jumping in the water, kayak, water ski and little waterfall under the train bridge and bush walk.
Deadly spot for a dip with family and friends. Don't go after a big rain you've gotta wait a few days for the water to clear. Much easier access than the Weir or Kentlyn. It's quite shallow really but please be careful and watch your bubs. Some people whinge on but it's a beautiful free easy way to cool down.
Fantastic place to visit and have some time out, beautiful small sandy beach along Nepean River, great for canoeing, kayaking or swimming or just relaxing. Take the little path a little ways up the river to the weir for some extra adventure if you like rock-hopping. It is a bit of a steep walk down from the Carpark but well worth it. There is no wheelchair or stroller access. My only other issue was that there was no signs but just head towards the river and downhill...there are now toilets in the car park area
